nani means beautiful in Hawaiian. Beautiful print on Nano Iro’s textile. It sounds beautiful and happy.

You’ll notice this in the use of cute and elegant embroidery. For the baby girl gown dress, we embroidered a flower and the Chinese character “fu”, which means good fortune. On the baby girl gown, we embroidered a cute bird and flower and the Chinese characters “bao bao” which means baby. For the baby boy gown, we chose the symbol of the fish with a crown because… well… that just seemed like a boy kind of thing.
